Loretta Garcia, secretary at Griegos ES

Loretta Garcia, the secretary at Griegos Elementary, is retiring on Dec. 21. Ms. Garcia  has been the secretary at Griegos for the past 21 years. When asked about the highlights of her career, she recalled when Griegos was named a Blue Ribbon school in 2011.

Ms. Garcia plans to enjoy having more time to spend with her family. She and her husband enjoy camping, fishing and visiting their children and five grandchildren.

The staff at Griegos wishes the very best on this new chapter of her life.

A reception will be held in her honor at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in the Griegos library.
