Judy Williams, Van Buren Middle School

Judy Williams, a science teacher at Van Buren Middle School, will retire in December after 35 years of service to Albuquerque’s students. Williams, a past Crystal Apple Award winner for Middle School Teacher of the Year, has taught Health and Science at all middle school grade levels. She taught 21 years at Wilson Middle School and is completing her 14 years at Van Buren. A reception will be held in Williams’ honor on Wednesday, Dec. 8, in the Van Buren library. All are welcome.
