Carolynn (Carrie) Montgomery, John Baker Elementary

Carolynn (Carrie) Montgomery will retire from APS on Friday, Feb. 24.

After completing her student teaching at John Baker Elementary School, she worked there for 15 years. She began teaching at John Baker Elementary as a first grade teacher and ended her career as a fourth grade teacher.

Montgomery's retirement party will be held in the John Baker administrative lobby from 3-5 p.m. March 7. Previous and current students, co-workers and friends are all invited to congratulate her on her retirement, wish her well and thank her for the love and work that she poured into her students.
