WHAT: Mindful Eating 5-week program

WHEN: 5-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Jan. 23 and 30, Feb. 6, 13, and 20

WHERE: Building M, Room 172, Lincoln Complex, 912 Oak St. SE

Do you want to learn to make healthier eating choices? Do you use food to reduce stress, or find that you are always on a diet? The 5-week mindful eating program offered by APS Employee Wellness might be just what you are looking for to help you develop a more thoughtful approach to how and what you eat. Mindful eating is designed to empower you to make healthier choices about food by drawing your attention to your thoughts, feeling and physical sensations related to eating

Registration is required; class is limited to 30 participants.
