Sandia Drama Director Vivian Isaacs Leads her Students to Victory

The cast and crew of S.P.A.R. performed by SHS.

Congratulations to Vivian Isaacs, the drama director at Sandia High School, and her students for winning the New Mexico Activities Association and Four Corners one-act play competitions. The competitions were held Nov. 3-5 at San Juan College-Farmington.

Sandia competed against 11 schools in the 4AAA and above category. The Matadors won for their performance of the one-act play “S.P.A.R.” by Stephen Gregg.

Sandia also took individual awards in audience critic, costumes/makeup, props, humorous monologue and duet musical.
