Winter Break Building Access

Reminder about access to facilities during the winter break.

•               Normal access hours for APS district facilities are defined at 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Saturday and Sunday access hours are defined at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Each staff member requesting entry into an APS facility are required to call the School Police Department Dispatch Center at 243-7712 to check in for themselves, regardless of who is already inside of the building. 

•               Administrators, M & O, custodians, contractors, High School staff and special functions are exempt from the above specified hours.

 •               Per the APS District Policy, access will not be granted on November 27, 2015, December 24, 2015, December 25, 2015 and January 01, 2016. (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).  Special community or student functions, Church groups, Administrators, M & O Employees, contractors and custodians are exempt from the policy guidelines on these dates.
