2018 New Mexico State Legislature Tours

The 30-day session runs Jan. 16- Feb. 15.

Teachers who would like to schedule a free student tour of the New Mexico Legislature may call:

Get more information on touring the New Mexico Legislature.

The tours last from 30 minutes to one hour. You will be able to see your government in action. Tour includes history of the Capitol, the rotunda, committee rooms, the House and Senate chambers, the wonderful art collection and an explanation of how a bill becomes a law.

Many Albuquerque groups have taken the New Mexico Rail Runner Express to the Capital, which is walking distance from the Capitol.

This is more than a visit. It is educational and inspiring.
