Put Life Back in Your Life

A free six-week workshop on managing chronic disease.

APS Employee Wellness is co-sponsoring a free evidence-based Chronic Diseases Self-Management Program called MyCD.

MyCD, developed by the Stanford School of Medicine Patient Education Research Center, helps adults and their caregivers learn how to better manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, pain, asthma or high blood pressure. 

Workshops will be held from 9 a.m.-noon on Saturdays from Oct. 11 through Nov. 15 at the Presbyterian Healthplex at 6301 Forest Hills Dr. NE.
