Free Stress Management Workshop

Sponsored by the Employee Assistance Program on Sept. 18.

Stress is a fact of life, but it doesn’t have to be a way of life. It can have a tremendous impact on our wellbeing and contribute to health and mental health problems. 

Stress management doesn’t get rid of the stresses in our lives, but it does help in proactively meeting the demands of an increasingly complicated and active life, both at work and at home. 

The Employee Assistance Program is presenting a workshop on managing stress and changing the negative impact it can have. The workshop is on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 4-5:30 p.m. at City Centre in the Special Education Conference room on the 2nd floor of the west tower (Room 220W).
