Flu Shots Offered at Schools

We've posted the schedule; immunizations also available during the Employee Health Fair Oct. 14-15.

APS will offer flu shots to school employees beginning next week. Get the schedule.

Most immunization clinics will NOT be held in conjunction with health screenings due to privacy, space and security issues.

Employees also will have an opportunity to get a free flu shot during the annual Employee Health Fair on Oct. 14-15.

Flu shots are for adults 18 years of age and over. Wear a short-sleeve shirt or one that's easy to roll up on the day of your scheduled shot.

All insurances are accepted; payment depends on the benefit plan. There's no cost for employees who have health insurance through APS. For those who have no insurance, shots are $21.

Employees who have health insurance through APS should bring their Express Scripts card.

An immunization consent form needs to be filled out before shots are administered.
