The Employee Assistance Program is sponsoring a workshop titled "Managing Organizational Change and Transitions" from 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in the Rio Grande Conference Room at City Centre.

Organizational change directly affects all departments from the entry level employees to senior management. Over the past 10 years the pace of change has been dramatic.  Learn how to successfully manage change in the work place and learn strategies to navigate these changes.
