Doctor Video Visits

PRESBYTERIAN MEDICAL PLAN

When you're trying to treat minor ailments quickly, a Video Visit from Presbyterian Health Plan is the perfect solution. Video Visits give you access to healthcare providers licensed in New Mexico, anytime, without an appointment, from the comfort of your own home, office, or other location with mobile data or Wi-Fi access.

Offered at $0 copayment on the APS plan, this convenient option offers a new way to see a medical provider for nonemergency medical conditions via secure video through a smartphone, tablet or computer webcam. Some common health issues that can be treated with a Video Visits are allergies, cold/flu, skin rashes, sports injuries and more. For more details, visit www.phs.org/videovisits.

Remember to sign up now so that your Video Visit Account is ready when you need to use it!

Video Visits are for non-emergency conditions.  For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD MEDICAL PLAN

Technology has evolved, and so has the way you see your doctor.  Now APS Blue Cross Blue Shield members can see a doctor in an average of 10 minutes or less, in most instances, using a mobile app or online video depending on your location. There is no copayment on the APS plan for virtual visits with a MDLIVE doctor, so you can save time and money when you use virtual visits!

With virtual visits, powered by MDLIVE, you can talk with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE doctor 24 hours a day, seven days a week from almost anywhere you are! And if your doctor determines you need a prescription, it can be sent electronically to the nearest pharmacy. It's a faster and more convenient way to get the treatment you need when you need it.

The world is changing, and so is the way you see the doctor!  Some common conditions MDLIVE doctors can help treat are acne, allergies, cold/flu, constipation, cough, diarrhea, ear problems, fever, headache, insect bites, nausea, pink eye, rash, respiratory problems, sore throats, urinary problems/UTI, vomiting, and more, including behavioral health. For complete details, visit Blue Access for Members or MDLIVE.com/bcbsnm

A virtual visit is for non-emergency conditions. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.

TRUE HEALTH NEW MEXICO MEDICAL PLAN

True Health New Mexico does not currently offer video visits, however, they hope to add this service in 2019.
