APS No Longer Issues Paychecks on Last Working Day Before Break

APS no longer issues paychecks on the last working day prior to a break. Instead, paychecks are now issued every other Friday even during breaks. If a regularly scheduled pay day falls on a federal holiday when banks and other financial institutions are closed, pay will be deposited on the day before the federal holiday.

Because employees receive three paychecks in November, they will receive only one check in December before the winter break. Their second December check will be deposited during the break.

November Pay Days

  • Friday, Nov. 2
  • Friday, Nov. 16
  • Friday, Nov. 30

December Pay Days

  • Friday, Dec. 14
  • Friday, Dec. 28 (during the winter break)
