APS Compensation & Benefits Statement

Employees get personalized statements that outline compensation and benefits they received last year as well as those they've elected for 2018.

It has always been the district’s policy to provide our employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Employee compensation includes so much more than take-home pay. The district also makes significant contributions to programs intended to help protect your personal and financial well-being.

Personalized Compensation and Benefits Statements were emailed to employees on Feb. 7.

For the second consecutive year, APS benefit eligible employees will receive a Personal Compensation and Benefits Statement. The statement will outline the benefit plans you were enrolled for in for the previous year as well as illustrate the significance of the APS benefits package as part of your total compensation.

The statement also will show the benefits you chose for the current year.

The statements were emailed to employees on Feb 7. to employees' APS email addresses. Once you review your statement, notify the Employee Benefits Department if you believe you enrolled for a benefit plan or for a level of coverage that is not shown on the 2018 portion of the statement.

We recognize that our dedicated employees allow us to maintain our focus on students. The benefits package is a significant part of total compensation and a way for APS to show appreciation for your hard work and commitment. Your compensation from APS includes so much more than your take-home pay; it also includes significant APS contributions to programs intended to help protect your personal and financial well-being.
