The Albuquerque Public Schools has named new principals at 13 elementary schools and two middle schools in the district for the 2012-13 school year.

The last day of school for Albuquerque Public Schools students is Tuesday, May 29. This makes up for the school day that was cancelled because of snow and poor driving conditions on Monday, Dec. 5.

Clubs & Activities

Extracurricular and co-curricular activities are designed to supplement school curriculum. All co-curricular and extracurricular activities are designed to promote entertainment, character, participation, and leadership.

There are many activities available for students to participate in throughout the school year.

The New Mexico Activities Association site provides leadership in interscholastic athletics and activities, and has information and resources for activities throughout New Mexico.
