Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides counseling services for APS employees and their families for physical, mental health, job-related issues, marriage, family, career counseling, and resources and referrals. All services are free and provided in a confidential setting.

As an APS employee are you aware of the free counseling assistance provided to you and your eligible family members? The Employee Assistance Program is ready to assist you when you need counseling for:

  • Stress or life crisis
  • Workplace conflict
  • Mediation
  • Couples or family issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Domestic violence
  • Crisis interventions

Whatever the issue, APS employees will receive short-term, confidential counseling and referrals from our highly experienced professional staff.

Assistance is also provided to administrators and supervisors for help in managing troubled employees through consultations with our clinical staff. The EAP provides specifically designed team building to deal with staff issues, as well as providing mediation for work related conflicts and training.

  • Monday – Thursday:
    8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday:
    8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
