HR has enrolled all employees in the district to take  district and federal required courses in the work place. All 15,000 employees are enrolled in the Blackboard system.  Previously there was no method of tracking participation of who attended trainings such as Bloodborne Pathogens or Child Abuse.  Using the Blackboard environment, HR has the ability to see who has completed the course work.
