Stay connected with APS by subscribing to the district's parent newsletter. Each month we'll email you with information and news that is important to parents. You can rely on APS Parent News for the latest news about your school calendar, district policies, and the great work your teachers and students are doing in APS.

Alerts via Phone/Text/Mobile

APS uses a parent notification system called SchoolMessenger to notify parents about student absences, upcoming events, school delays or closings, and campus security concerns. We send these important messages to parents via phone calls, e-mails and text messages.

  • To sign up for the parent notification system, be sure to provide your school with up-to-date phone numbers and email addresses by contacting the school's front office (see directory of schools).
