Bring donations to school health offices during April to help out

April 17, 2012

Albuquerque Public Schools nurses and health assistants are sponsoring their annual food drive to assist the APS Title I Homeless Project.

During the month of April, donations of non-perishable food items are being accepted by school nurses at all school sites. To donate, just bring items to the health office at your student’s school.

The Title I Homeless Project offers services to homeless students such as food, school supplies, clothing, after-school tutoring and other programs. It serves as many as 5,000 students each year.
