In Step with Winston at Del Norte, McKinley, and District Goals Meetings

This week, I stopped by Del Norte High, where we talked about the school's improved scores on the state-mandated Standards Based Assessment; and McKinley Middle School, where they're implementing AVID (Advancement via Individual Determination) this year.

In addition, I attended the first of seven community goals meetings. I hope you'll join us at one in the future.
