Student Information System Available; Difficulties Persist

expired

April 26, 2012

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Efforts to improve the APS Student Information System have been successful; however, some technical difficulties still persist.

All school personnel are once again able to log onto the system to enter grades and attendance. We expect the automated calls and e-mail messages regarding student attendance to resume on Monday, April 30.

The technical difficulties with the printing of report cards, however, are continuing. So, report cards which should have been sent home this week will be delayed until the problem is fixed.

Parents whose students attend schools that use i-Parent can continue to use that system as few difficulties have been detected on i-Parent.

We appreciate your patience,

Linda Sink
APS Chief Academic Officer
