Check Grades, Attendance Online

ParentVUE and StudentVUE provide secure, private access to student information.

Upcoming Grading Periods
Sept. 12: Middle school progress reports
Sept. 22: End of first 6 weeks for high schools
Oct. 11: End of first nine weeks for middle schools
Oct. 30-31: Middle school student-led conferences
Nov. 8: End of first trimester for elementary schools
Nov. 20-21: Parent conferences for elementary schools

Our student information system gives parents and students secure, private access to school and student information including:

  • Assignments
  • Grades
  • Attendance
  • Calendars
  • Teacher contact information
  • Immunizations

StudentVUE is the website for students. ParentVUE provides information for parents.

You'll need a username and password. A one-time access code will be provided to set up your account.

Families who have more than one student in APS can access all student information using their ParentVUE username and password.


Support for ParentVUE or StudentVUE is handled at the school level. Check with your school for more information.
