Congratulations & Welcome

Our four elected APS Board of Education officials have been sworn in. We would like to take the time to congratulate & welcome them to the APS district.

We’re grateful to have Dr. Peercy of District 7 and Mr. Garcia of District 3 stay with us for a third term on the board. Their experience, sound reasoning, balanced perspective, comprehensive knowledge of the district and genuine desire to see Albuquerque Public Schools thrive is uplifting.

We would also like to congratulate Candelaria Patterson who will represent District 5 which includes parts of the Westside and Elizabeth Armijo in District 6 representing parts of the Northeast Heights and East Mountains.
