Once Again, We Celebrate Our Students of the Week

Sponsored by Nusenda Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation for the eighth straight year

Schools are selected at random to choose a student of the week. The task falls to the principal who often seeks staff nominations.

The APS Student of the Week is featured in the Albuquerque Journal on Mondays as well as at APS.edu and our social media venues.

“The truth is, we have hundreds of students of the week, every week, in APS. But this feature at least allows our community to focus on one special kid each week as a representation of many of our students," said APS Education Foundation Executive Director Shannon Barnhill.
