CEC Birthday Celebration Saturday

The Career Enrichment Center will host an alumni reunion and celebrate its new wing from 2-5 p.m. Saturday.

The Albuquerque Public Schools Career Enrichment Center opened its doors 40 years ago, providing unique learning opportunities for thousands of students over four decades.

Now it's time for a party. The school will host an alumni reunion and celebrate the grand opening of its new wing from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, April 23. Former, current and future students and their families are encouraged to come out and

  • tour the new building
  • chat with staff
  • watch a planetarium show
  • check out murals representing all APS high schools
  • share their CEC experience in an audio archive

and more.

Refreshments will be served.

CEC is located at 807 Mountain Road NE.

CEC is an APS program available free of charge to all high school students in Albuquerque. Transportation is provided to and from the comprehensive high schools at several different times throughout the day.
