Water Cost Savings

To save on water use and costs, and start utilizing pre-1908 water rights, M&O is in the process of finalizing verification of water rights held by the District. In utilizing these rights, APS will install its own irrigation wells to water the largest of the high school’s athletic fields and the upcoming new Westside sports complex. Approximately $88,000 annually will be saved over purchasing the water from the City/County water utility.
