Met Goal to Increase Preventative Work

As illustrated by the following graph, M&O has decreased the number of reactive work orders performed in the 2009-10 fiscal year by 8.4%, and radically increased the number of PM work orders over the previous year by 225.9%, meeting the goal of reaching 15% PM work orders in the 2009-10 fiscal year. The PM cost ratio grew from 7.27% in 2009 to 17.5% at the end of fiscal year 2010, a 141.5% increase.

As illustrated by the following graph, M&O increased its total number of work orders over last year by 6.6%. Note: The totals in this graph do not reflect duplicate and voided work orders, unlike the previous graph, nor does it include the Fleet Maintenance Department.
