Email and Computer Use Expanded to all Technicians

Every M&O field technician now has his own e-mail address can and use a computer to access the SchoolDude/FIMS work order system. All technicians are now able to check work order progress and update work orders directly, rather than communicating this information through a supervisor. It’s more efficient, faster, more accurate, and frees up needed productivity time for the technicians and the supervisors. It also provides more accurate status updates to the requesting schools.
