Audio Textbooks

How to Request Audio Textbooks

Click on this link to access the forms you need to order audio textbooks for your students.

Please make sure you fill out the forms accurately and completely. The forms can be filled in online and then printed. Don't forget to get signatures from the teacher requesting the audio textbooks, the ES or PSS, and the parent. Forms that are incomplete will be returned. Send completed forms to Deanna Wakefield at the Unified Resources Library at Montgomery Complex.
