Book orders can be collected by an APS employee in the following manner:
- If the parents make the check payable to the book company, the checks may be collected and mailed together to the company with the order. Receipts and deposits are not required as the teacher is simply coordinating the mail order.
If any cash is received, it is required that the money and book orders be given to the secretary/bookkeeper. An Activity Three-Part Receipt/$25.00 and Under Form must be issued. The funds must be deposited and a school check issued for the same amount to the book company.
