ERO: Electronic Registrar Online

eSchools Solutions: Electronic Registrar Online (ERO) is a system designed for professional development course registration. This system is replacing AIMS PD Planner.

    • ID is the letter e followed by your 6 digit employee ID number, like this: e012345
    • Password is the password you use to access your email account.

If you forgot your password or you need to change it go to http://pwreset.aps.edu/ . For other problems or issues call the Service Desk at 830-8080.

How do I register for a course?

  • Move your cursor over the Course Catalog heading. Click on Search.
    Enter any part of the course title or course code in the “Course Code/Title Keyword” field and click Search.
  • The Courses list can be sorted by ascending or descending order by clicking on a column heading.
  • Select a course from the search results by clicking the underlined course title.
  • The course description and all sessions open for registration will appear. Scroll down to view all the sessions open for registration.
  • An icon labeled “Register” is shown below the Session Reference Number (SRN).

How do I view the calendar of scheduled courses?

  • Move your cursor over the Course Catalog heading. Click on View Schedule Calendar.
  • The system displays the list of scheduled occurrences by calendar date. Schedules can be viewed in a weekly or monthly format. The Monthly calendar view is the default.
  • When a link on a calendar date is selected, all sessions scheduled for that date are displayed. The course information includes the course title, details, start and end time and location.
  • To get more information about a course, click on the word View in the Details column.

How do I view my scheduled courses?

  • Click on the My Schedule heading. Schedules can be displayed in a weekly or monthly calendar view.
  • My Schedule displays your current schedule and the sessions for which you are on a wait list. (Only sessions in the future appear on this tab.)
  • It also provides an Export function for exporting schedules to a workstation calendar program, such as Microsoft Outlook.

How do I cancel a registration?

  • Click on the My Schedule heading.
  • Look for the course you wish to cancel. Click on Drop.  You will be asked, Are you sure you want to drop? Click on OK to drop from that session. Click on Cancel to remain enrolled or on the waitlist for the session.

How do I print a certificate?

  • Click on the My Transcript heading.
  • The My Transcript tab displays sessions that you attended. Attended registrations can be sorted by Credit Type, School Year, No Shows, or by Late Drop records
  • The last session occurrence must have started in the past and the you must be marked attended before the session is displayed on the Transcript.
  • To print a certificate of completion, click on the Certificate button next to the desired session. The certificate is immediately displayed.
  • Use the print function of your internet browser to print the certificate. Certificates print on a full page in Landscape orientation. The credit types and associated credits and hours are displayed.

How do I print my transcript for courses that I have completed?

  • Click on the My Transcript heading.
  • The My Transcript tab displays sessions that you attended. Attended registrations can be sorted by Credit Type, School Year, No Shows, or by Late Drop records.
  • The last session occurrence must have started in the past and the you must be marked attended before the session is displayed on the Transcript.
  • Choose the Print Report button.
  • In the Record Selection section, select the Courses to be shown on Transcript.
  • In the Fields to Display section, select the information you want to appear on the report.
  • In the Format Options, choose your options.
  • Click View Report to view report.

Who can create courses in the district PD catalog?

Training is only available for individuals that conduct district-wide Professional Development activities. Send your training request to Mailto:training@aps.edu . Include your name, the department you work for and the type of courses you need to create.
