|After you have passed the background check, pick up paperwork for Employee Benefits in office 115E. Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for employee benefits.|
|Check in at 210E to meet your Employee Data Specialist. The specialist will use your completed paperwork to enter your information into the employee data system.|
|The date you can report to your work site will be set. In the meantime, review the following information applicable to your position.|

Employee User Account
APS employees will be given an Active Directory Account. This user account is used to authenticate and authorize a user and allows him/her to:
- Log into a computer on the APS domain
- Use an APS Email account
- Access district supported systems, such as: AIMS, Blackboard, Cherwell (“APS Service Desk”), Discovery Education, LAWSON, SchoolLoop, SchoolMessenger, Tienet
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides counseling services for APS employees and their families for physical, mental health, job-related issues, marriage, family, career counseling, and resources and referrals.
