The Human Resources Leaves of Absence department administers all leaves of absence in excess of ten (10) consecutive days.

How far in advance should an employee request a leave of absence?

Leaves require thirty (30) calendar days notification to the Human Resources Leaves office prior to the commencement of leave of absence. This notification can be waived in emergency situations. However, it is the employee’s responsibility to provide the leave information to the Human Resources Leaves office as soon as possible.
