Formatting Job for Submission
Any pre-formatted publications should be submitted as a PDF. If GES will be handling the design/formatting portion, materials should be submitted as a Word file. ***
General Formatting Details:
***Do not format texts and colors within the document submitted. All text should be Black and in a plain, easy to read font. Please make sure that the text content is exactly as desired to appear. Clearly denote the order of sections, headings, and paragraph breaks and the appearance of any pictures, graphs, and tables. If a specific layout or design idea is needed, please format only one separate sample page as an example. Design will be formulated from that page. Please send any pictures, graphics or images as separate high-resolution files.
If your submission is a revision of a previous job, clearly mark any changes on the latest printed version and submit. This method will allow for the quickest processing. If there is a need to add text, please submit an updated Word file of the original job with the additions and their placements clearly marked. A general description of the changes will also speed up processing.
