Dear Parents,

Please join us to offer your ideas and suggestions as we review the APS District Title I Parent Involvement Support Agreement and APS District Title I Parent Involvement Processes and Procedures for 2010-2011.

The meeting will take place on December 1, at the Montgomery Complex Annex, at 3315 Louisiana Blvd. NE, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

We will provide childcare, translation services, and a light meal.

Also, a free book will be given to each family attending.

Please call 880-8249 ext. 102, to let us know if you will be attending and the ages of your children who will need childcare.

If you are not able to attend this meeting, you still have a chance to give your input.  Your school will have copies of the APS 2010 District Parent Involvement Policy for you to review or you can email us at hagin_d@aps.edu for an electronic copy.  The policy can also be viewed on the APS website at http://www.aps.edu/departments/title-i.   All comments are due by December 1, to:  Dale Hagin, Title I Parent Involvement, 3315 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, or email hagin_d@aps.edu.
