Nominate a Selfless Senior

Deadline for nominations: Monday, October 24, 5 p.m.

An APS Education Foundation Selfless Senior:

"Promotes positive change in their lives and the lives of others; volunteers in the community; leaves a lasting impression on those he or she meets."

Other Criteria

A Selfless Senior Must:

  • Be a senior at an APS comprehensive or alternative high school.
  • Have a GPA of at least 2.0 and be in good standing with the school in terms of attendance and behavior.
  • Give back to a school, community and/or family without generally being recognized for those efforts by peers or the school.

  • A committee composed of APS Foundation/APS Communications staff and community members will evaluate the applications.
  • At least one student from each comprehensive high school as well as students from the alternative schools will be selected.
  • Applications will be accepted online.
