Student of the Week Tatum Garmon

Fourth grader at Painted Sky Elementary School

Nusenda Credit Union, in partnership with the APS Education Foundation, highlights an APS student each week.

What Tatum’s teacher says about her: Tatum is patient, respectful, a role model, friendly, helpful, caring, a leader. She is always willing to work with any of her peers. She takes her time and strives for perfection with every assignment. Tatum is always on task and is an active participant in class discussions and lessons. She goes above and beyond on her assignments and is always ready to learn. She has a wonderful attitude towards her peers and adults. She is an excellent example of a hard-working student.

Favorite subject: Math

Hobbies and activities: Tatum’s favorite hobbies are playing softball, doing crafts, spending time with family and participating in Student Council and singing.
