Student of the Week Ka'mya Vallo

5th grader at Adobe Acres ES

What Ka'mya's teacher said about her: "I chose Ka’Mya Vallo as an APS Student of the Week because she is an exceptional student. She is a confident, positive, well-mannered student who goes above and beyond on all project-based projects and in her daily class work. She demonstrates responsible leadership skills and gets along well with all of her classmates.  I truly enjoy having her as a 5th grade student in my class."

What Ka'Mya said about school: "My mom could say that I always do my homework and I am always behaving well. My teacher could say that I always do my work. I am a great student.  My favorite subject is math because it is just fun and easy for me.  My favorite hobbies are jumping on the trampoline and getting on my iPod and also cheerleading."
