Student of the Week: Jai Bhullar

Congratulations to Jai Bhullar, 4th grader at Petroglyph Elementary School, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

About Jai:

According to his mom, "Jai is a very compassionate child. His concern of humanity and the world astounds me every day. Jai is a thinker, a problem solver. He wants to  solve future issues which we can’t solve today. I’m privileged he is my son and has chosen me as his mother in this life. I can’t ask for more."

Favorite subjects:

Jai is in love with science and mathematics.

Hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school:

Jai enjoys making robots, solar powered machinery and programming. His hobbies are playing soccer and improving or making things better structurally.
