Student of the Week: Ethan Ratledge

Congratulations to Ethan Ratledge, a kindergartener at John Baker Elementary, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

About Ethan:

Ethan is a kindergarten student who is special in many ways. He is happy to be at school every morning and makes everyone else happy by giving hugs to all of the friends he sees when he gets off the bus. At home he adores his sister beyond anything else. His mom says that when he settles down, he can be a “big ol’ snuggle bug!”

Favorite subject:

Ethan’s favorite subjects are reading and math.

Hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school:

Ethan loves to play outside on the jungle gym and slides. He enjoys playing with his toy cars and dinosaurs. He loves animals, especially puppies.
