Student of the Week: Cassandra Jaramillo

Congratulations to Cassandra Jaramillo, a 2nd grader at Los Ranchos Elementary School, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

About Cassandra:

Cassandra is a hard working student who excels at everything she puts her mind to. She has the drive to do well and it reflects in her daily performance in class.  Cassandra is very outgoing and always willing to participate. She is well liked by her peers and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her joyful personality can bring a smile to anyone’s face.

Favorite subject?

Cassandra’s favorite subject in school is reading. She enjoys reading the Junie B. Jones books.

Hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school?

Cassandra likes science. She enjoys playing soccer and playing with her little brother, Paul.
