Student of the Week: Ayde Romero

Congratulations to Ayde Romero, a 5th grader at Pajarito Elementary School, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

About Ayde:

Ayde’s teacher states she is intrinsically motivated, creative, a role model, helpful, compassionate, hardworking, kind and respectful. Overall she is an outstanding student.

Favorite subject:

Math and science.

What are your hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school?

Playing sports with my friends, helping people out, making art for fun, camping, fishing and spending time with my family.
