Student of the Week: Antoinette Yazzie

Congratulations to Antoinette Yazzie, a 1st grader at Valle Vista Elementary, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

About Antoinette:

Antoinette is a great classroom leader. She has a great imagination and creativity! She always puts forth her best effort in everything she does. Antoinette always helps others and when she sees someone is upset or sad, she is right by his/her side to help them.

Favorite subject:

Her favorite subject is math, especially addition and subtraction.

Hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school:

Antoinette loves to play with her kittens and helps her mom do things. She loves to draw pictures and write stories.
