Student of the Week: Andrew Leibman

Congratulations to Andrew Leibman, a 2nd grader at Lowell Elementary School, for being named the Student of the Week by the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union and the APS Education Foundation.

 

About Andrew:

Andrew’s teacher describes him as a student with a great, positive attitude and outlook on life. He’s a very happy student and enjoys going to school to learn about science, math, music and reading. Andrew exemplifies all the pillars of “Character Counts.”

Favorite subject:

Reading

Hobbies or activities, both at school and outside of school:

Andrew builds birdhouses with his grandfather, participates in an after school program and enjoys science activities, cooking class and art club.
