Student of the Week Alma Pena

What Alma’s teachers say about her:
"Alma is a kind, hard-working student who always follows the rules and who makes great choices.” (4th grade teacher)

“Over the course of the year I watched her bloom into a confident, outgoing young lady.  She also has the type of drive that I like to see in young people.” (3rd grade teacher)

What Alma’s parents say about her: “Alma is a hard worker with a heart of gold. She is responsible and always tries her best.”

Favorite subject: Math – multiplication is her favorite!

Hobbies & activities: Alma likes to play at recess. She is part of the Jackalope cheer team.  She enjoys swimming, drawing and playing with her younger sister, Ava.
