Business and Community Members Enjoy Roosevelt Career Fair

Roosevelt MS held a Career Fair on Tuesday, November 22.

Deputy Kevin Sheldahl with Urzo and Deputy David Littlfield with Tessie kept students in rapt attention while talking about the Bernalillo County K-9 unit.

Roosevelt MS students were treated to presentations by a large number of community members during the recent school Career Fair.  Presenters focused on their job descriptions and the educational pathways that drove their career choices.  Students had the opportunity to ask a variety of questions  so that they could begin to think about what they might want to do after graduating from high school and postsecondary opportunities.  The careers represented ran the gamut from law enforcement to commercial art.  Thanks to the participating business and community members who volunteered their time to support Roosevelt MS students!
