Get your tickets to 2012’s Mane Attraction!

The APS Education Foundation has made it possible for APS parents, teachers, administrators and students to purchase early bird tickets to the production of the Grammy- and Tony Award-winning production of “The Lion King.”

In the process, you’ll be able to help the Foundation, which sponsors grant programs throughout the district in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math, Literacy, Middle/High School Activities and Fine Arts. This fundraiser will allow you to do your holiday shopping early.

Tickets to the Oct. 11 production of  “The Lion King,” produced by Disney, will be available beginning Friday, Dec. 9, at www.apseducationfoundation.org. You’ll only have a limited time before they go on sale to the general public. Ticket prices range from $50 to $150 apiece for this unique, family-friendly taste of Broadway.

In addition, the Foundation has already purchased a block of tickets that will go into a lottery so families of limited means may attend the performance! More on that later.
