Contact the Service Desk

You can contact the Service Desk with questions by calling (505) 830-8080 or by logging into the APS Service Desk site with your employee ID (e.g., e000000) and the password you use to log into your APS email.

When contacting the Help Desk, have the following information ready:

  • Your name
  • Your employee ID number
  • Your department location number

If you're calling about a hardware problem, have the following information ready:

  • Type of computer you're using (Mac or PC)
  • Hardware model number
  • APS property number
