 Family Fitness (hula hoop)

Physical education is the instructional program that provides the opportunity for all students to learn and develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for life-long fitness.

It meets the NM content standards with benchmarks and performance standards.

Physical activity is body movement of any type which includes recreational, fitness and sport activities.

It includes before and after-school programs, intramurals, physical activity clubs, walk and bike to school programs, and integrating movement into the school day.
