Monarchs Get a New Gym

The Manzano High School project included a new main gym, auxiliary gym, locker rooms, dance studio and more.

Project Description: This project is a renovation and upgrade to existing indoor PE and athletics facilities at Manzano High School to meet Title IX requirements. 

Project Scope: 105,733 square feet that includes:  

  • 1 Main Gymnasium
  • 1 Auxiliary Gymnasium
  • 1 Girls PE Locker Room/1 Girls Team Locker Room
  • 1 Boys PE Locker Room/1 Boys Team Locker Room
  • 1 Cheer Room
  • 1 Wrestling Room
  • Training/Whirlpool room
  • 1 Weight Room
  • 1 Dance/Studio Room
  • 1 Large Classroom-dividable into two teaching spaces
  • Coaches Offices
  • 1 Lobby

Project Budget: $24,011,602

Completion Date: July 2018
